John brings 25 years of financial and accounting expertise to New North Ventures. Throughout his career, he has worked directly on more than 10 investment funds representing over $4 billion in assets under management. His experience includes SBA-regulated funds and a strong foundation in audit, having begun his career in public accounting.
Most recently, John served as Chief Financial Officer for a decade at a senior living-focused investment firm, where he led accounting operations across multiple senior housing investment vehicles. His expertise spans fund finance, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury management.
